Coffee maker

Perfect For: Convenient, consistent coffee.

  • What You'll Need: Coffee maker, medium grind coffee, and a paper or reusable filter.

  • How-To:

    1. Add a filter to the coffee maker basket.

    2. Add NOJO Coffee grounds (1-2 tablespoons per 6 ounces of water).

    3. Fill the water reservoir with filtered water.

    4. Start the brewing process.

    5. Serve fresh and hot.
      Tip: Clean your coffee maker regularly to ensure optimal flavor

French Press

Perfect For: Rich, full-bodied coffee.

  • What You'll Need: Coarse coffee grounds, hot water, and a French press.

  • How-To:

    1. Add NOJO Coffee grounds to the press (1:15 coffee-to-water ratio).

    2. Pour hot water just off the boil (200°F/93°C).

    3. Stir gently, place the lid, and let steep for 4 minutes.

    4. Press the plunger slowly and pour.
      Tip: Use fresh, filtered water for the best flavor.

Pour Over

Perfect For: Clean, bright flavors.

  • What You'll Need: A dripper, medium NOJO grind coffee, filter paper, and hot water.

  • How-To:

    1. Rinse the filter with hot water and discard.

    2. Add NOJO Coffee grounds (1:16 coffee-to-water ratio).

    3. Pour hot water in circular motions, starting with a bloom pour.

    4. Continue pouring until desired volume is reached.
      Tip: Experiment with pouring techniques for nuanced flavors.

Espresso

Perfect For: Intense, concentrated shots.

  • What You'll Need: Espresso machine, fine NOJO Coffee grounds.

  • How-To:

    1. Preheat the machine and portafilter.

    2. Dose, tamp, and lock the portafilter.

    3. Brew a shot for 25-30 seconds.
      Tip: Begin with NOJO whole beans and grind them fresh right before brewing to maximize flavor.
